Here is a list of some of the most Frequently Asked Questions we come across from people wanting to know why we are not support Obama’s claim for natural born citizenship and his eligibility to hold the office President of the United States.

Question: The Department of Health in Hawaii said Obama was born there, why don’t you believe it?

Answer: The story you are referring to is an AP story that says “officials” have confirmed he was born in Hawaii, but this story does not quote any official by name actually confirming that Obama was in fact born in Hawaii. The official quote from DOH Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino, does not say Obama was born in Hawaii, the official quote is as follows “There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures. No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawai‘i,”

Dr. Fukino statement is very carefully crafted, he does not say that that he was born in Hawaii or even has a Hawaiian birth certificate, just that his original birth certificate is on file. We do not doubt this, as under the same law Dr. Fukino states, allows for a Certificate of Live Birth to be issued to the child of a resident of Hawaii who was born out of the state. This “loophole” allows for foreign birth certificates to be registered. This original birth certificate may very well be a Kenyan birth certificate, or one that states a home birth. AP is intentionally misleading the public, by assuming the original birth certificate is a Hawaiian birth certificate.   

There is one small problem with this statement, as you can see that it was issued on October 31, 2008. However, Governor Linda Lingle did in fact treat this record differently, for 5 days prior to this statement by Dr. Fukino, the Governor sealed his birth record.

Question: Why did Hawaii issue a Certificate of Live Birth, if he wasn’t born in Hawaii.

Answer: Hawaii did not issue Obama a Certificate of Live Birth, they issued him a Certification of Live Birth. In fact his sister Maya Soetoro-Ng, born in Indonesia, also possesses a Certification of Live Birth from Hawaii. The Hawaiian government itself states that a Certification of Live Birth is less accurate than a Certificate of Live Birth.

“In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.” Apparently there is something in the Certificate that is not on the Certification that Obama does not want the people to see.

Question: Since he was on the ballot doesn’t that mean he was checked out?

Answer: Absolutely not! In fact in this election Roger Calero, a Green Card holder, born in Nicaragua was placed on the ballot of six states, Connecticut, Delaware, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York and Vermont. He received a national total of 5,127 votes. Twelve percent of the states did not even check his credentials.

Question: Wasn’t this vetted before the election?

Answer: We challenge you to search the archives of National mainstream media to find these stories examining Barrack Hussein Obama, II’s eligibility to be a natural born citizen. There is none to our knowledge.  The truth is we as a nation never debated this issue. We tried, several of our members have raised this issue and tried to get it resolved by the courts before the election, in fact we tried to get this resolved before the nomination proceedings of both parties. The mainstream media has refused as a whole to even sell us advertising to make our case, with the exception of a few newspapers.

Question: What can be done now that he is in office?

Answer: Just because a President is in office does not mean he cannot be removed. Does the name Richard M. Nixon come to mind. Congress can impeach him for “High Crimes and misdemeanors,”  if the democrats refused to impeach him with clear and compelling evidence then what would happen would be on their heads. The courts can if they so elect to uphold their oaths, invalidate the election, and have him removed from the White House by US Marshals.  

Question: If Obama is removed won’t the African-Americans will riot?

Answer: That is always a possibility, but America has survived riots before. The real question is should America give up because of threats? The real danger is not rioting if Obama is legally removed, because the real threat to America is a possible civil war if he remains without clearly demonstrating he is a natural born citizen, especially now that both Obama and the congress are passing laws that appear to defy our Constitution.

Question: Haven’t the courts dismissed these cases?

Answer: Yes they have dismissed some, but not one court has ever examined the evidence and ruled on the evidence. Every case that was dismissed so far was dismissed on a technicality, the most common is what is called “standing.” This is similar to a criminal who is released by the courts on a technicality, and the jury did not render a verdict of either guilty or not guilty. All we are asking for is to let the jury decide.

Question: If you were to assume that he was born in Hawaii doesn’t that make him a natural born citizen?

Answer: Actually all this makes him is a citizen. Since you ask us to assume, then we would like you to assume for one minute that Osama bin Laden is captured, and he is brought to America for trial. One of his many wives comes to visit him, and is given a conjugal visit.  There she become pregnant and remains in the US awaiting the trial of her husband, where she gives birth to OBL Jr. in Virginia. Do you really think that this person is a natural born citizen, with natural loyalties to the United States of America? Will he see America as only the place where he is born, or the place where his loyalties belong to? While America is a fair country, he would automatically be given citizenship as a native born citizen, but he would not be considered natural born.

Just this one example demonstrates why the Founding Father’s made the office of President only for natural born citizens. This office is simply too important to trust to anyone but a person who was born to parents who were both U.S. citizens at the time of the child's birth. The parents could be born citizens of naturalized citizens, but for their child to be a natural born citizen, they both must be citizens when the child is born to them in the USA. Barrack Hussein Obama, II does not have two American parents, he is not a citizen by nature, but by law. Specifically Obama’s claims for citizenship are the Fourteenth Amendment and  the 1952 Immigration Act, not an act of nature.

Question: But isn’t it the will of the people that he was elected?

Answer: The truth is that he was elected a majority of electors, who in turn were elected by a majority of the voters in their states. But look at the Framers original intent of the constitution, it was set up so that the people had a voice, but their changeable passions could not drastically alter the face of our government. We all know that the House of Representatives is called the “peoples house,” because they are elected directly by the people. But how many know that Senators were originally chosen by the legislatures of the several states to represent the interests of the several states, and not the people? The electoral college was intended to impede the peoples passions, so that an imposter and usurper could not take the office of the President by the simple will of the people or the states. The electoral college has failed in their duty to vet the person they vote for, and more importantly the courts and press have failed to make transparent this information.

Congress has also failed to insure by open debate that the provisions of Article II, Section 1 were upheld. Vermont, which is a state that mandates the electors vote for who receives the popular vote, did not vet a former illegal alien, now green card holder from being placed on their ballot? What would have happened if he won the popular vote? Such a clear breach of the law should have alerted Congress to the fact that it is not a rubber stamp for the electoral college, but the last obstacle to prevent a foreign agent from achieving the office of President.   

Question: So what is the worse that can happen, shouldn’t we just let Obama finish his term?

Answer: The reason for the natural born citizen clause was to minimize the threat of foreign influence from our government. If Obama does have foreign influences directing him, the damage that can be done to our nation, to our way of life in just two years is incomprehensible.

Question: Are you racists, because Obama is black?

Answer: We are not racist, many of our supporters and members are people of different skin colors. The question of Constitutional eligibility transcends color. Those who call us racists can offer no conclusive proof that Obama, II is in fact a natural born citizen. The fact is that 96% of people who describe their ancestry as coming from Africa voted for Obama, while 43% of those whose ancestry can be classified as Caucasian voted for him, this was about the same percentage that voted for McCain. Looking at these numbers it is clear that those who identified themselves as having African ancestry were those who demonstrated that they are racists.

Question: Why don’t you protest John McCain?

Answer: First, John McCain is a moot point. Second, if he were to run again we would protest his eligibility. At the time it was said that he was born on a military base in a military hospital. Our research now shows that this is not true. At the time of his birth, the hospital mentioned was in fact outside of the bases limits. John McCain was in fact not born within the jurisdiction of the United States. No act of Congress can change that.

Question: If Obama is proved to be “a natural born citizen” will we stop attacking him on this issue of citizenship.

Answer: If Barack Hussein Obama, II is in fact found by the U.S. Supreme Court to be “a natural born citizen,” as the Founding Fathers understood and intended the term to mean, as defined by the legal treatise by Vattel, the Law of Nations Book 1, we will gladly stop and retire this website. We will unconditionally support his Constitutional right to be called President Barrack Hussein Obama, II, and even though many here may not like his socialist politics and policies, we will out of duty to our nation obey and support the laws he signs into law that conform to our Constitution.
