Cowards

Here you will find those who refuse to take a stand for our Constitution, and who instead give us explanations that either insult our intelligence, or they believe that the public school system has made us too stupid to see they have abandoned that what they swore to protect and defend, our Constitution.

	Sen. Mel Martinez, R-Fla has said “And, he has now been duly elected by the majority of voters in the United States. Throughout both the primary and general election, concerns about Mr. Obama's birthplace were raised. The voters have made clear their view that Mr. Obama meets the qualifications to hold the office of president.” (Story Here) We know you were born in Cuba, Senator, but as a Senator, you should have a fundamental grasp on the Constitution of the United States and the Founding Fathers. If you do then you would know that the reason for the “electoral college” was to place a safety check on the passions of the people. They should have demanded an answer to this question, but they broke their oath as electors. Now we are asking for our elected officials and the courts to help us put this issue to rest.
	Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Arizona has told his constituents that snopes.com has done all the leg work needed. (Story here) Apparently, we know why congress is in such bad shape, those entrusted to look up the facts for themselves in order to make an informed opinion, just pluck out opinions from the internet. Senator, do you know that Snopes bases their “revelation” on Obama’s own website? Now we know why your parents gave you a name with only three letters, so it wouldn’t be too much of a burden for you to remember. Just how reliable is snopes.com that a Senator would abrogate his constitutional duty to investigate charges against the constitution order and defer to them? Read this story.
	Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, "As we enter the 111th Congress, our nation faces many challenges. We are in the midst of tough economic times, and the federal government must stand on the side of taxpayers and small businesses. Now more than ever, we need fiscal discipline in Washington. I welcome President-elect Obama's commitment to reform the federal budget process and rein in wasteful government spending, and I will hold the President-elect accountable as Congress works to quickly identify and eliminate inefficient, ineffective, and outdated federal programs." 	Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., "The courts have held that President Obama is a natural-born American citizen. Moreover, in December 2008, the Supreme Court declined to hear a lawsuit challenging Mr. Obama's eligibility to serve as president, concurring with three other federal courts in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Washington. The courts have confirmed the determination of state officials in Hawaii that health department records prove that Barack Obama was born a U.S. citizen in Honolulu." (Story Here) What do you think of these words? “When your running for President everything should be public, including your full medical records. I believe in a right for privacy but when you’re running for President, which is such an important job, the need of the public to know supersedes it.” These are your words Senator, but do they only pertain to John McCain. If you are not a two faced liar, then you will agree that the people have a right to all of Obama’s records, or did the office of the President stop being “such an important job.”
	Sen. Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga., President Obama demonstrated his citizenship during his campaign by circulating copies of his birth certificate, which showed he was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961." (Story Here) No, Saxby, they did not circulate a “birth certificate,” the issued a “Certification,” because the actual certificate has information there that Obama does not want known. But the majority of us are not questioning his citizenship, we are questioning his natural born citizenship.
	Sen. Robert Casey, D-Pa., "I am confident that Mr. Obama meets all the constitutional requirements to be our 44th president. Mr. Obama has posted a copy of his birth certificate on his campaign website and submitted an additional copy to the independent website FactCheck.org. The birth certificate demonstrates that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1961, thereby making him a natural-born citizen eligible to be president." (Story Here) Senator, independent website FactCheck.org? Doesn’t FactCheck.org have the same benefactors that funded Mr. Obama’s Annenberg Challenge?
	Sen. Mike Crapo, R-Idaho, "The Constitution and federal law require that, among other things, only native-born U.S. citizens (or those born abroad, but only to parents who were both American citizens) may be President of the United States. In President Obama's case, some individuals have filed lawsuits in state and federal courts alleging that he has not proven that he is an American citizen, but each of those lawsuits have been dismissed. This includes a recent decision by the United States Supreme Court to not review an "application for emergency stay" filed by a New Jersey resident claiming that the President is not a natural born citizen because his father was born in Kenya. Furthermore, both the Director of Hawaii's Department of Health and the state's Registrar of Vital Statistics recently confirmed that Mr. Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961 and, as such, meets the constitutional citizenship requirements for the presidency. If contrary documentation is produced and verified, this matter will necessarily be resolved by the judicial branch of our government under the Constitution." If you look into the allegations we are making you would understand that Hawaii at the time allowed for out of jurisdiction births to be registered. Why have the courts dismissed and not ruled on such an important issue? Why have the courts said that we lack standing? Senator the words out of your mouth are 100% Crapo-la!
	Sen. Arlen Specter, R-Pa., "On June 13, 2008, the Obama campaign released a copy of his birth certificate after numerous claims were made about his eligibility to hold the office of President. The released copy created additional questions, because it contained a blacked out department file number and was apparently missing a seal, and it was impossible to detect raised text, a common characteristic of official documents. There were satisfactory answers to such questions, however: the department file number had been blacked out to prevent hackers from breaking into the Health Department's system, and the State places the seal on the back of the certificate. The website Factcheck.org investigated the matter and provided high-resolution photos taken at multiple angles that revealed the raised text and the seal on the back of the document. ... Accordingly, it has been concluded that President Obama has met the constitutional qualifications to be President of the United States." 	Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, "President Obama has provided several news organizations with a copy of his birth certificate, showing he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961. Hawaii became a state in 1959, and all individuals born in Hawaii after its admission are considered natural-born United States citizens. In addition, the Hawaii State Health Department recently issued a public statement verifying the authenticity of President Obama's birth certificate." (Story Here) Really! Please tell us what “news organizations” this was distributed to. But I do not remember Hawaii saying the “Certification” published on 3 sites was authentic, what they said is that it appears to be authentic. (Emphasis added) Janice Okubo (Chicago Tribune) spokesperson for the Health Department citing privacy laws, and guidance from the state attorney general, she said she, “was not permitted to confirm the authenticity of the certificate released by the Obama campaign.” She also said Obama’s computer-generated COLB “appeared similar to other Hawaii birth certificates.”
	Federal Judge James Robertson, a Clinton appointee, recently said in his ruling, “The issue of the president's citizenship was raised, vetted, blogged, texted, twittered, and otherwise massaged by America's vigilant citizenry during Mr. Obama's two-year-campaign for the presidency, but this plaintiff wants it resolved by a court.” (Story here) Well your honor, is this not what the courts are for? A place where laws are respected and upheld, is it not the right of Americans to take issues to court when those responsible for insuring that a contract is not breached? Is not the Constitution of the United States a contract between the people and the federal government? Then the judge wrote, "Even in its relatively short life the case has excited the blogosphere and the conspiracy theorists. The right thing to do is to bring it to an early end," and we say your absolutely correct your honor, so why didn’t you. Whey didn’t you subpoena the actual vault copy of Obama’s birth certificate and let the plaintiff see it? With all due respect to the court, this judge has so much faith in twitter, he must be a “twit.”

Rush Holt, D-N.J., "The claim that President Obama was born outside of the United States, thus rendering him ineligible for the presidency, is part of a larger number of pernicious and factually baseless claims that were circulated about then-Senator Obama during his presidential campaign. President Obama was born in Hawaii." (Story Here) Well spoken Congressman, then you will enjoin Senators Reed and Schumer for total transparency and lets put this issue to rest once and for all.
	U.S. Rep. Ginny Brown-Waite, R-Fla., "The claim that Barack Obama is not a citizen of the U.S. is false. This rumor is simply election year politics." She referred questioners to Snopes for documentation. (Story Here) Dear Congresswoman, could you please introduce legislation to replace the FBI with Snopes. Since they are just a husband and wife team, and will do all the investigations solely for the advertising revenue their site generates. Think how much you could save the American taxpayer.
