Because the courts are affording the protection of sovereign immunity to the government as they destroy the Constitution while denying standing to the sovereigns of the government, we, the people. We must now prepare ourselves to fight the battle on the terms the courts have imposed on us.

We are seeking at least 3 individuals to become candidates for the office of President in 2012.

One individual who is a registered member of Democratic party.

One individual who is a registered member of Republican party.

One individual with no party affiliation.

What is absolutely required is that you meet all of the following three conditions,

1. Proof that they are at least 35 years of age.

2. Proof that they have resided in the United States for the past 14 years.
1. Two swore affidavits from friends or relatives attesting to this fact.
3. Proof that they are a natural born citizen.
1. Birth Certificate showing the following,

i. Date of Birth

ii. Place of Birth

iii. Place of Birth of father *

iv. Place of Birth of mother *

* Further documentation may be necessary if parents place of birth is missing or shown to be outside of the United States.

We the Birthers will arrange for your petitions to be properly filled out and filled in the several states. You agree as a condition of support to file legal actions, with the assistance of the Birthers, in every State challenging the eligibility of any candidate who is not at least 35 years old, has not resided in the United States for 14 years, and who is not a natural born citizen as defined by the Founding Fathers, historical Statesmen and Supreme Court, where that individual appears on the ballot in the primaries and general election.
