Transparency in the records of Elected Officials

Does the public have a right to the information found in Barack Hussein Obama, II’s Certificate of Live Birth, the so-called vault copy, long form? It is only a question, but to some you would think we are talking treason. The natural question should be are we asking for too much in our quest to see if Barack Hussein Obama, II is a Natural Born Citizen and qualified to hold the office of the President of the United States.

Apparently, two leading democratic senators must believe that we have this fundamental right to know. If they say we do not, than surely they must be nothing but two bold faced liars. Considering that, the O-borters of Mainstream Media have been saying we are a fringe group in tinfoil hats for wanting the people who run for and hold the Office of the President to be total transparent, does Senators Reid and Schumer now wear tin-foil hats?

Considering that excellent health is not a Constitutional requirement to hold the office of the President, these two senators have opened the door to our legitimate questions about Obama’s past, including his long form, vault copy of his Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth. The Constitution without a doubt requires that only a Natural Born Citizen can hold the Office of the President of the United States of America. In doing this we are not asking to invade someone privacy, trying to uncover facts not germane to what the Constitution requires.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, of Nevada said concerning John McCain’s medical record and expectation of privacy, “When we are talking about the President of the United States, health issues are extremely important. We learned that going back a long time ago, when you guys weren’t around.  When Tom Eagleton it been determined because of his depression had shock treatments.  So, this isn’t something that which is dreamed up, its important. So Eagleton had to drop out and select a new Vice Presidential nominee. So, I think there should be total transparency when a person is running for President of the United States. And it may be when President Bush went and had some things burned off his head or John McCain about a month ago had a little thing on his face and people asked a lot of questions about it.”

The senior Senator from New York, Chuck Schumer said of the subject, “When your running for President everything should be public, including your full medical records. I believe in a right for privacy, but when you’re running for President, which is such an important job, the need of the public to know supersedes it.

Both of these Senator should be schooled in the Constitution, and know that a candidates health is only a political desire, not a Constitutional requirement. We are not the ones making statements that, when used as a comparative, demonstrates that we have two sets of standards.  It happens to be that the truth is that the leaders of party of Barack Obama are the ones who are engaged in discriminating by apply double standards.

Senators we call you out, tell your President that before he is accepted as the President of all American people he must prove that he holds the qualifications to occupy that office. If you fail to maintain the same standards you so boldly implied were reserved for the opposition, you will condemn your party for generations to come. The American may be many things, but they do believe in fair play. As you contemplate to send many unconstitutional laws to a possible usurper to sign into law, such as the Fairness Doctrine. Is this Fairness Doctrine a noble idea to be believed is for the betterment of our Republic, or is it simply a euphemism to silence those who oppose your collective grab for power?

Together these Senators have given us clarity to what we want to articulate. “There should be total transparency when a person is running for President of the United States, everything should be public, the need of the public to know supersedes a right to privacy.
